By filling in this form you agree with our conditions and you give Student Rooms Utrecht the order to start looking for a nice room for you. When we find this room you will pay the regular fee of € 450. If we don't find anything you like, you don't have to pay anything.
So no cure no pay.

This room is in a small shared house.
The room is about 16m2. And is located at the back of the house and looks out on the garden. The room is furnished as well as the rest of the house. The whole house is in a great condition.
The kitchen is situated in the living room so you can chat with each other during cooking. Everything is available in the kitchen as well as in the rest of the house.
There is a washing machine and dryer.
A supermarket at 200m.
Bus stop to Utrecht station at 150m. You will be at the Dom in Utrecht within 15 minutes by bus, this is incl walking to the bus stop and to the Dom. (Door to door)
Shopping mall at the center at a 10 minutes bike ride.
In the area there are a lot of students as well as families from all over the world.
So I can honestly say, it is a nice house and a nice location!
